Material handling and stock in proper position with maintaining stock register and softcopy sheets. ∞ Daily material issue register, inward/outward material record. ∞ Preparing material issue form, Challan for sending material to other location. ∞ Incoming material checked according to purchase order and Invoice copy. ∞ Checking the Packing, Quality and quantity. ∞ Issuing the materials to the user department. ∞ Follow up with supplier for the L.P.O (latest Purchase Order) ∞ Sending and managing the loaded vehicle and collect the material to the site. ∞ IMIR(Incoming material Inspection Report) documents inspection and singed from client ∞ Material Reconciliation and Preparation of corresponding documents and share the same with HO Team about the stock and consumption of received materials.
