My role is to build a well-defined and scaled saas product for broadcast and OTT devices. • 16+ years’ experience spanning over different role of developer, Technical leader, Architect, Solution architect, Product owner and Senior manager (Product owner). This allows me to bring deep technical perspectives and thought process for any new product definition or end to end delivery aspects. • Currently playing the role of a Technical Product Owner manager leading a team of product owners, overall responsible of engineering scrum teams of product portfolio and customer centric features. • Evangelizing the Agile/XP Transformation of the organization. I believe in deep technical drive of product definition along with customer expectations. I have participated in Hackathons, E2E design, Code moderation and low level developments. Key Expertise : • 8+ Years of Experience in software product management release planning, product owner and product manager role • Experience in delivering product from concepts to commit by close collaboration and partnering with other business team & third parties. • Experience in defining the short-term (Quarterly) as well as long-term product roadmaps and proposing new product markets for the organization to venture in. • Experience in setting the product strategy, plan, prioritization and deliver product as per functional and non-functional specifications • Experience in breaking down the high level features into tactical user-stores and assigning and supervising them across multiple organization. • Strong ability to identify and resolve cross-project interdependencies • Performing incremental and iterative product development, which can react very quickly to market environment using Agile methodology • Expertise in understanding and implementation of software development life cycle. • Extensive experience in managing competing and changing priorities. • Experience in working with remote business/Leadership teams. • Experience in managing the quality team work by guiding them with test scenarios, test planning and test execution. • Ability to understand the solution proposed by engineering team though advance technical software development knowledge.
