Calculation of Batch Vacuum Pan -Heating Surface area,Numbers of Tubes, Dia of Down take & , Pitch of the tube. Calculation of Juice Heaters- Numbers of Tubes & Numbers of Passes.Volume Calculation of adapter - Round to Round, Square to Square & Square to Round. Preparation G.A. & Detail Drawings for various Boiling House Juice Heaters, All Type of Crystallizers,Tanks,Evaporators, Bill off Material, Piping layout & structure drawings. Effluent Treatment Plant. 6 Year Experience coal handling plants. Preparation of Layout, G.A & Detail Drawings of Belt Conveyors components, B.O.M, all types of drawings for fabrication & structure.
