Bringing people together is my forte. Whether it’s through launching impactful learning programs or driving legislative change, I excel at galvanizing teams and communities to work towards common goals. My approach is rooted in the belief that people learn best from and with each other, and I am committed to fostering environments where this collaborative learning can thrive.The achievements I'm most proud of are successfully launching and scaling Australia's first enrichment-focused professional learning program for STEM teachers; and passing two landmark pieces of legislation in the Philippines, which mandate the use of renewable energy and biofuels.My mission at Microsoft is to empower individuals to learn new technical skills and support their ongoing professional growth. I do this by collaborating with technical content creators, mentors, and community leaders to create a supportive learning environment. I am constantly exploring innovative ways to measure and enhance the impact of community-driven learning.
