As a research associate, I use my expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Advanced Excel to deliver data-driven solutions to clients. I interact with clients to define their business requirements, design and test data transformations and dashboards, and run and analyze reports in different formats. I have 3+ years of experience in conducting secondary research on various topics, such as counterfeiters, cybercrime, trademark and copyright infringements, etc. I have used data mining tools and manual methods to identify and analyze new trends and potential targets, and converted my findings into written statistical reports. I have also been a team leader, handling client escalations, quality checks, and training programs. I hold a bachelor's degree in computer application from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, where I learned the fundamentals of computer science and data analysis. I am motivated by the challenge of solving complex business problems with data and creating impactful insights. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools to enhance my data analytics capabilities.
