As an Assistant Production Manager at Garg Associates Private Limited, I oversee the production of high performance wires and cables for aerospace industry. I manage the daily operations, monitor the performance and efficiency of the machines and equipment, and ensure the compliance with safety and quality standards. I also coordinate with the supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to optimize the production planning and inventory management. With a B.Tech degree from CIPET and an Executive PGDM in Operations and Supply Chain Management from IMT Ghaziabad, I have developed a strong foundation in plastic engineering, operations management, and business analysis. I have also gained hands-on experience in using SAP ERP software to manage and analyze the production data and processes. In my previous roles as a Production Engineer at Arnon Plastic Industries and Amul, I successfully implemented process improvement and cost reduction initiatives, resulting in increased productivity, quality, and profitability. I have also received multiple awards and recognitions for my outstanding performance and contributions.
