My strong understanding of test planning, test case writing, test case execution, test data, requirement traceability matrix (RTM), and test reports has helped me provide efficient solutions to various organizations. I have hands-on experience using a variety of tools to support my testing efforts, including MySQL and AuraDB for database testing, Postman for API testing, Jira and Findnerd, Pivotal tracker for bug tracking, Confluence for documentation, DynamoDB, Amazon S3 Bucket, and CloudWatch for Amazon services, and TestRail for test management. I also use Slack, Skype,Webex for communication, ensuring that all team members are kept informed and up-to-date on project progress.
