As a dedicated Member Service Officer at Curtin Student Guild, I am passionate about enhancing the student experience by providing exceptional support and service. My role involves ensuring that every student interaction is positive and productive, whether it’s helping with membership inquiries, providing resources, or addressing concerns.I take pride in my ability to connect with students, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that make their academic and social life easier and more enjoyable. My goal is to be a reliable point of contact, making sure that students feel valued and supported throughout their journey at Curtin University.In addition to my current role, I bring a rich background in education to the table. My experience includes teaching ESL as well as high school students, equipping me with strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex information, and a deep understanding of diverse student needs. These experiences have honed my ability to engage and support students effectively, both in and out of the classroom.I am committed to continuous improvement and dedicated to making a positive impact on the student community at Curtin.
