About Shivangi Sharma

I have always been intrigued by technology and how we can use it to our advantage. Collecting information from one party, “translating” it into technical language and contributing to shaping the solution to what the user needs, still seems as fascinating as it did when I started my studies in Science & Technology.This led me to pursue my passion for learning and finding solutions to real-world problems by completing my Bachelor of Engineering and Technology in India. I then explored my curiosity and knowledge further by completing my ’, specialising in Marketing at Deakin University, Melbourne.I have also gathered valuable academic experience in Marketing, requirements analysis, process mapping, data analysis with demonstrated results in improving efficiency through automation: Developed a comprehensive business plan and an application to provide information related to Pest control services in Victoria. The project received outstanding grades for enhancing management decision making.Developed predictive models using RapidMiner tool to forecast the risk profile, and build prescriptive actions, which helped to enhance the analytics capability of the organisations.Analysed trends, behaviours from the data continuously and presented actionable insights, recommended metrics and areas of improvements which received exceptional feedback for enhancing forecast accuracy by 12%.I’m also passionate about building genuine relationships with people to develop a culture of innovation to uplift culture and capability.
