Hey!Thank You for stopping by. Glad you visited my profile.Let me introduce myself to you. I am Shivani Verma, who studies law, loves contracts and is exploring the business world out there. I graduated in 2022 with 85.2%. Being a first-generation lawyer, I did my best to follow the traditional path. However, I broke the convention and experimented just when things seemed to slow down due to Covid. I learned about contracts, and ever since then, I have had a love-hate relationship with them. My life has been revolving around Contracts for the last 1.5 years. Contracts, honestly marked the turning point in my life.I participated in moot court, published my articles and research papers, won competitions, and was a core team member of the Gender Sensitisation and Equality Initiative Club during my time in law school in order to get a taste of everything that goes on here. I have an experience of drafting and reviewing more than 35 agreements in various sectors, including but not limited to Food & Beverage, Education, Fintech, E-Commerce, Warehousing & Logistics & Entertainment. Additionally, I have an experience of Drafting notices and replies to notices from regulatory authorities. I have also created legal content on a regular basis, some of which have been published on the iPleaders platform. Currently, I am routinely upskilling myself in SaaS and technology-related Agreements, as well as StartUp Fundraising Documentation, and YES, I am always open to discussing new ideas and taking on new challenges while developing new skills.If you have made it this far, I would like to get to know you as well.
