With over 16+ years of experience in QA automation, I am a QA Architect at MRI Software, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the real estate industry. I am responsible for designing and systematizing QA processes, testing frameworks, and tooling, as well as managing and improving release test automation to increase reliability, predictability, and manageability of deployed solutions. I lead a team of skilled QA engineers and coordinate with the product engineering, DevOps, and product management teams to ensure coverage and consistency in testing. I also assist and direct the design and implementation of test strategies, plans, scenarios, scripts, testing types, and test cycles using testing methodologies or processes for quality project delivery. I have expertise in functional test automation frameworks such as TestNG, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium WebDriver IO, and Cucumber, as well as performance test tools such as JMeter and NeoLoad. I have coding skills in languages including Java and JavaScript. I am also ISTQB Foundation Level certified and have completed a course on Generative AI from LinkedIn. My mission is to ensure product consistency throughout the product cycle and to escalate critical issues related to overall product quality to leadership appropriately. I also provide QA-related estimation for medium to large size projects or epics, perform code reviews or test reviews, and set up QA department goals, objectives, and roadmaps in line with product roadmaps. I have experience working in an agile development environment and in continuous delivery of microservices with test automation. I have experience testing and operating complex software solutions and understanding the end-to-end needs of the customers.
