About Shivika Tomar

I thrive on solving real-world business challenges through thoughtful strategy, automation, and tech-enabled innovation. As a Senior Consultant at Capgemini, I have had the opportunity to deliver high-impact projects for Fortune 500 clients across manufacturing and consumer goods - helping them transform operations, improve efficiency, and embrace future-ready solutions. My core strength lies in bridging the gap between business needs and digital possibilities. I specialize in process improvement, GenAI-driven innovation, and intelligent automation. From order management to customer service and finance (AR/AP), I have led cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle - right from scoping and stakeholder alignment to implementation and go-live support. One of my most rewarding engagements involved streamlining order management for a global client, achieving a 30% reduction in processing time within six months. I have also worked on digital transformation initiatives that reduced turnaround times, improved quality metrics, and accelerated deployment cycles. I bring hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Oracle, UiPath, and thrive in Agile environments where collaboration and adaptability are key.My passion for automation took root during my internship at Textron, where I saw firsthand how technology could eliminate inefficiencies. Since then, I have continued to evolve as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager - taking ownership of PDD creation, process mapping, feasibility analysis, and stakeholder communication. I am also proud to have won multiple accolades like the ‘Ace of Invent’ and ‘Transformer’ awards for driving innovation and value delivery. If you are exploring opportunities to transform business through technology, let’s connect. I am always open to meaningful conversations and collaborative possibilities.
