Currently, working as Senior International Mobility Business Partner at Volvo Group India. I am responsible to Drive and secure the international assignment process, advice and support business, coordinate with all parties, provide guidelines and foresee obstacles. Provide support to Expats, HR and Line Managers in the area of international assignments. In my previous companies I have experience of handling end to end Human Resource processes in various different roles as HR Officer / Executive, Assistant Manager Corporate HR & Unit HR Incharge.
