I am a highly skilled quality specialist with over 10 years of experience in the field of soft line and hard line inspection, factory audits, garments merchandising, and quality control. My expertise lies in ensuring that all work meets or exceeds contract specifications and standards while minimizing costs and avoiding wastage. In my current role at V-Trust Inspection Service Group, I am responsible for onsite inspection, document management, and scheduling field inspections. I have worked with a range of major clients, including Wal-Mart, Carrefour, El-Corte, Zadig & Voltaire, Marks & Spencer, Camaeiu, Migros, and K-Mart, among others. Prior to my current role, I served as an area sales manager and quality engineer, honing my skills in customer relations, materials management, and MIS. My experience in these roles has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the importance of meeting customer needs and ensuring that all work is delivered to the highest standards. I hold a B.Tech in Textile Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Textile Technology Institute, a diploma in Electronics from Govt. Polytechnic Fatehpur Uttar Pradesh, and an SSLC. In addition, I possess strong technical skills in operating systems, Microsoft Windows, and other software programs.
