I am an Emotional Behavior Specialist rooted in relational, trauma-informed, and strength-based practices. With a background in community classrooms and behavior specialized classrooms, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through positive behavior supports and promoting mental health and well-being. As an advocate for youth, my mission is to create safe spaces where students can flourish and overcome obstacles. I believe in the power of building authentic connections and nurturing inclusivity to foster positive growth and development. By implementing trauma-informed practices, I ensure that individuals feel seen, heard, and understood, allowing them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in providing support to individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges. I leverage evidence-based approaches and adapt them to meet the unique needs of each individual. My work revolves around empowering students, fostering resilience, and helping them tap into their strengths to overcome barriers. In addition to my work with students, I prioritize creating healthy workplace environments. I firmly believe that a positive work atmosphere not only benefits individuals but also enhances the support we provide to those we serve.
