About Sho Kodama

As the Head of the SAP Experience Center Tokyo, I lead initiatives to deliver SAP’s latest strategies and value propositions through experience. Partnering with global and domestic stakeholders, I oversee content delivery and center operations, managing Storyteller and content teams to create an environment that supports future-focused customer decision-making. A key achievement includes leading a cross-regional global project to design and implement a new experiential area, optimizing it for the Japanese market and building a sustainable operational framework. In my day-to-day role, I drive the refresh of experiential content, apply storytelling techniques to enhance engagement, and foster team growth and performance—while also contributing as a presenter, content creator, and event host. Additionally, I plan, manage, and moderate large-scale events, leveraging my blend of technical expertise and customer insight in experience design to maximize value for our customers and partners.
