I am a Chartered Accountant (UK) and healthcare finance leader with over 14 years of experience which includes hefty experience in hospital accounting, financial operations, and strategic planning across leading healthcare groups in the Middle East, including Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group and Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital (Jeddah). My expertise covers the full hospital finance which includes AP/AR, treasury, and reconciliations to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and board presentations. I have worked directly with CFOs, General Managers, and Boards of Directors, providing financial insights, KPIs, and variance analysis that support high-level decision-making and long-term strategy. I have successfully led budgeting processes, external and internal audits, feasibility studies for multimillion-dollar healthcare projects, and performance-based incentive schemes for doctors.
