About Shohan Rahman

As the Vice President of Channel Sales & Partnerships at Rain, I oversee existing relationships of our integrated and channel partners as well as new partner acquisitions. Rain provides enterprise organizations with a financial wellness benefit for their employees. Our mission is to eliminate payday lending and negative financial experiences by offering instant access to pay when needed. I have over 20 years of experience in sales and leadership roles, including my previous position as the Global Head of Strategic Sales at Square. There, I oversaw strategic sales across various programs, including channel sales, enterprise sales, and incubator sales. I also led the Sales Ramp program, which helps new hires with onboarding and ramping during their first six months. I hold an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BBA from the University of St. Thomas. I am passionate about creating value for our customers and partners.
