About Shona Baum

With over 15 years of experience in organizational consulting, leadership, and psychology, Shona’s practice has focused on improving the health and success of individuals and organizations. Her approach is thoughtful, individualized, and responsive to each client’s needs and strengths. Her specialized coaching for leaders hones and develops effective leadership skills, behavioral change, effective transitions, decision making, values driven actions, emotional intelligence, authenticity, engagement, communication effectiveness, relationship building, and growth mindset. While no single methodology fits every company, there are practices, tools, and techniques that can be used to create and sustain successful change in your organization. I help leadership teams become more aligned and to find ways to commit as a group to the direction the organization needs to go. I do this through making sure there is an understanding of the organizational culture, the reasons for change, and the behaviors required to make and sustain that change. I’ve found that is imperative that there are formal and informal leaders at each level who are able to champion and motivate those around them.
