About Shonil Dabreo

I’m a Data Analyst with 5+ years’ experience across retail, fleet, automotive, and digital environments. My work focuses on structuring data, delivering reliable reporting, and helping teams use metrics confidently in day-to-day decisions.I typically work across the full analytics cycle — defining requirements with stakeholders, structuring and validating datasets in SQL, building Power BI reporting, and supporting UAT and documentation so reporting changes land cleanly and get adopted.PROOF OF IMPACT• Reduced manual reporting effort by up to 40% through automation and self-serve reporting improvements.• Improved team efficiency by 20% by mapping workflows and tightening handoffs.• Increased reporting adoption by ~35–40% through clearer metric definitions, training, and guides.• Reduced reporting confusion by ~30% by documenting logic, data sources, and KPI rules.• Improved issue traceability by 20% through structured validation and documentation practices.I’ve also supported data migration and transformation work in Databricks environments and continue building deeper experience in modern data platform workflows alongside my analytics delivery work.I’m most interested in roles where data directly supports pricing, operational performance, reporting quality, and measurable business decisions.
