I am a results-driven professional with experience in project management, HR consulting, and education, focusing on transformation and collaboration. At NEC Nexsolutions, I led corporate sales of network products for financial clients over four years, managing WAN/LAN services and PBX system projects. I oversaw all stages from defining requirements to post-implementation support, successfully managing subcontractor teams and implementing a new network system for 10 logistics clients, improving IT efficiency. As a JICA Overseas Cooperation Volunteer in Mozambique, I led IT education at the National Agricultural Research Institute, designing a sustainable training program and establishing an IT network. I promoted digitalization and empowered local staff, enhancing my problem-solving and leadership skills. At Ashinaga Scholarship Foundation, I developed an in-house training system that improved staff satisfaction and reduced turnover. I was responsible for planning and execution, and mentored university students, particularly orphans, helping them succeed academically.
