An entrepreneur by Choice, ITSM Consultant by Profession and Technology Explorer by Interest! I am up with a new idea which is related to Virtual World of Web Conferencing. Due to time constraint, road traffics, etc. we often opt to meet people virtually, over Audio/Video Conferencing and there are plenty of options available in the market, like Zoom, Team, Google, etc. Though it has increased the reachability with a great deal of agility but lacks the quality of communication, as meeting with a person face to face is still considered more effective; as this shares, plenty of human to human information, like mood, state of mind, etc. which gets further utilized by the communicators and they do maneuver their interaction accordingly; whereas present web conferencing lacks those feeds. So thinking. Besides this, Education is the vertical of my Interest and to bring/maintain harmony in Educational Eco-System with IT, is my Goal. Besides that, I do encourage the mindset i.e."Right is Best" rather than "Best is Right" and this belief actually goes hand-in-hand for Education System. As an Education Consumer, we always look for Best Schools, Best Teacher, Best Services but those might not be as Effective as it Sounds; rather If the system could cater those Services as per Individual Requirements, Capability, Performance - synergy will definitely produce the Best Outcome, impacting to the country's GDP. But finding Right Choices, time to time, is a rigorous & continuous process and requires many information to collate and consider which might not be possible for human brain to process spontaneously every time with great deal of accuracy and agility. I personally feel there is a need of such assistance and this requirement will be alarmingly high in near future when there will be numerous Service Providers and Consumers, but both will not know who (or which segments) are right choice for each other. So i am up for an idea where we are trying to develop a system which will facilitate Education-As-A-Service Effectively, based on Diversified Organic data analysis and by connecting Education Stake Holders Effectively. This may sound abstract but that's all in a nutshell. And I am up for this idea to make it a viable solution. As an ITSM Consultant, I have been exposed to High End B2B Products and its Service Delivery Ecosystem, with 20K+ hrs of project experiences. I have designed & developed COTS Product end to end such as CXO Dashboards, VoiceDesk etc. I also did serve blue chip companies as Solution Architect in ITSM space.
