With over twenty years of experience in the field of motor vehicles and motor insurance claims, I am confident in my ability to make a significant contribution to insurance industry. I have a proven track record in areas such as claims management, branch administration, audit, training, and system development. My experience includes working with well-known organizations like Liberty Videocon General Insurance Co. Ltd, Bharti-AXA General Insurance Company Ltd, and Tata AIG General Insurance Company Ltd. My strengths include driving quality initiatives, client relationship management, and effectively training and mentoring teams. I have a sound knowledge of accident vehicle estimations, repairs, body and paint jobs, and I have actively participated in the development of motor claims IT business requirements, including mobile app development. In my most recent role as a Free Lancer, I've been assisting in assessments of motor vehicle loss and providing training to General Insurance Companies for motor claims assessment. Additionally, I have experience as a camp leader for the Youth Hostel Association of India, managing a campsite in the Himalayas.
