I am an award-winning HR Director with experience across the Middle East, the US, and India. I have had leadership roles in the Professional Services, Banking, Financial Services & Insurance, and Marine, Oil & Gas industries. I have extensive experience working with the C-suite across all major aspects of HR including Transformation, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Value Proposition, Succession Planning, Executive Compensation, Total Rewards, Corporate Governance, Restructuring, and Redundancy Management. Am currently heading the People function of Gulf Marine Service, a UK Public listed company responsible for all HR practices across UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
