Taking care of more than 100 clients including Amazon, Adidas canada,Bell,Roger's, CIBC,TD,YYZ Airport etc. Developing and maintaining an understanding of the regulatory requirements and risks inherent in the operations and ensures appropriate actions are taken and operational integrity is maintained. Trying to become expert in the field of accounting by giving my best services and dedication. Apart from this, i also have experience working with World Financial Group as an intern student, where i learned practical skills and have experience working with one of the biggest financial services industry company. I Learned practically the basics of products and services of financial service industry, such as RESP, RRSP, TFSA, INSURANCE, MUTUAL FUNDS, SEGREGATED FUND. Conducted one and one meeting with clients regarding financial planning, financial freedom, and financial security. In the ending of internship, Awarded by the GIANT award for inviting 50 people in Launch 2021 WSB event. i have above 1 year of professional experience as a customer services representative at H.A kidd and company, East york where i built a healthy relationship with customer to provide them satisfactory service, Adhere to company standards and ensure that company polices, and procedure are followed.Promote and increase sales through effective merchandising techniques, suggestive selling, and attractive product presentation.
