Maintained the quality of work to ensure strict adherence to PWD Regulations. • Following the design and hindrances in road alignment with consultant and client • Performed site supervision of all phases of construction and effective management of engineering personnel. • Interface with the client, Subcontractors, & Authority Engineer for technical and commercial discussion. • Actively involved in the Project planning and estimation preparation • Preparing planning of project, calculating requirement of Triple M like Man power, Machinery and Materials • Study of contracts, BOQ, Drawings and Volumes, Technical specification and provide necessary inputs for the on-field execution of the projects. • Preparation/checking of quantity estimates, Materials procurement s documentation, Bills for clients/vendors, progress reports, schedules, rate analysis, records maintaining. • Checking site measurements • Responsible for site implementations plan, quality product, safety compliance • COST Analysis and Engineering evaluation. • COST Analysis and Engineering evaluation. • Implementing/Monitoring the progress and taking corrective/preventive actions to the get the desired results as per agreed schedule, cost and time. • Co-ordination and correspondence with client/consultant/venders • Conducting meetings with the team and concerned agencies to get the desired results • Reporting seniors regarding Status/progress/requirements/cost etc
