Designation: Process associate Department: Master Data Management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creation and modification of Vendor account Creation and modification of GL account, Profit center and Cost center Preparation of month end run book for closing and reporting team Blocking vendor accounts for payments. Generating inactive vendor account report on quarterly basis. Resolving payment related queries related to master data. Interaction with front office to resolve any escalation issues. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Interacting with clients on queries pertaining to open items and recommending solutions to resolve.
