About Shrey Desai

AI Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience building intelligent systems that combine LLMs, scalable architecture, and full-stack development to drive business impact. Currently at Capco, where I design and deliver AI-powered applications for investment and decision-making teams. At Capco: I developed an agentic LLM solution that generates dynamic meeting briefs using parallelized pipelines with FastAPI and React.js. I also contributed to architecture design, setting up NoSQL databases, and building service connectors (Perplexity, DynamoDB, S3), while leading backend testing to ensure production readiness. Previously at Altius Strategic Consulting, I delivered: A financial portfolio analysis platform (MERN stack,~30k LOC), improving productivity and cutting cost optimization time by 55%. An AI-based due diligence tool (Generative AI, NLP, web scraping), automating large-scale financial data querying and analysis. Core Skills: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, AWS, GCP. AI/ML Expertise: GenAI and LLMs (Prompt Engineering, RAG and Agentic AI), Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs, GANs, LSTMs), NLP (transformers, NER, summarization), Reinforcement Learning, Genetic Algorithms, Adversarial ML. I thrive at the intersection of full-stack engineering and applied AI, turning research into production-ready systems that solve real-world problems.
