About Shreya MacWan

My passion is to create innovative solutions that can improve human health and well-being through biopharmaceuticals research. I have a MS in Microbiology, where I gained a solid foundation in microbiology, biotechnology, and molecular biology. As an Associate Researcher at Intas Pharmaceuticals, I contributed to the process development of monoclonal antibodies for various therapeutic applications. I applied my expertise in GMP, data analysis, and literature searches to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. I also participated in multiple projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To enhance my skills and knowledge in the emerging fields of biopharmaceuticals, I completed several online courses on digital twins, IoT, and design thinking. I am eager to apply my research skills and learnings to new challenges and opportunities in the industry. I enjoy finding ways to tweak processes for the better.
