Hello everyone! I am Shreya Mathur a Psychology student and aspiring psychologist. I aim to help people navigate through their challenges and make meaningful improvements in their lives. My journey into psychology began during my last year of schooling when out of curiosity I joined a workshop on psychological therapy and its application in daily life. This sparked an interest in me to delve deeper into the human mind and behavior. I have always imagined myself working in a hospital helping those in need and these two interests combined led me to pursue psychology. It was during my volunteering with the Shikshanganga Foundation that I witnessed the profound impact of psychology firsthand. By applying basic psychological principles and adjusting my interactions with the children I observed a significant change in their attitudes towards learning. Those initially reluctant to cooperate began to engage and listen. All these experiences came together reinforcing my commitment to psychology and solidifying my aspiration to make a difference in the lives of others.
