About Shreya Sharma

With a passion for building long-term relationships and delivering results, I am a customer service expert with business acumen and a knack for innovation. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA in International Business at the University of Greenwich, where I am developing my skills and knowledge in global markets, strategies, and cultures. Previously, I worked as a Client Engagement Manager at Global Guardians Management, where I conducted property viewings, facilitated contract negotiations, and addressed client concerns. I consistently exceeded KPIs, leading a high-performing team to place over 50 clients per month in various properties. I also assisted in streamlining internal processes, reducing paperwork processing time by 20%. In addition, I have over a year of experience as a Student Ambassador and a Retention and Wellbeing Assistant, where I fostered a great atmosphere on campus, coordinated events and seminars, and provided advice and assistance to students. I am committed to continual personal and professional growth, and I am looking forward to making a meaningful impact in my next role. I pride myself in creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems, leveraging technology and communication to drive results. My specialties include team leadership and coordination, project management, and customer relations.
