About Shreya Valecha

Hello! I am Shreya, UX Strategist driven by Experiential Learning and Design, my work involves creating bespoke Life Sciences Products that empower and catalyse scientists in R&D to have access to better applications, workflows and user experience in the Drug Development Lifecycle. A background in Product Design and Sociology, enables me to stay curious and re-invent strategies when I design in different domains. With 8 years of experience in various design capacities, I am currently working as a Lead Researcher and Strategist in UXLS (User Experience for Life Sciences), creating product solutions for R&D experts. I am part of the design department within Tata Consultancy Services. When I am not creating UX workflows, I spend time exploring niche lifestyle experiences, facilitate workshops and outdoor sessions for groups which fuels my desire to break everyday monotony and find inspiration in spontaneity.
