About Shreyash Ranjan

With a background in ESG Data Analysis and SAP ABAP, I am always on the lookout for opportunities that challenge me and enhance my professional experience. Working with clients across the globe, I developed a stronghold on the apparel, retail, and mining verticals that made me the go-to for all domain and tech-related concerns. This entire experience has helped me discover some of the finer nuances of teamwork, conflict management, delegation, and interpersonal skills. Since August 2021, I have worked on ESG projects involving corporate sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, data analysis, and visualization of environmental, social, and circularity KPIs, and have more than five years of experience working with cross-functional teams across apparel, mining, and retail industries. I intend to apply my knowledge of the ESG reporting landscape and my skills in advanced excel, GHG Accounting platform Enablon, and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify and manage sustainability reporting risks while optimizing the use of resources and time for business users. I have also completed the SASB FSA certification and am interested in sustainability risk and opportunity assessments. Other than the professional front, I don multiple hats of a Flute player, marathon runner, stop-motion animator, and blog writer. Curiosity is something that keeps me motivated and I look forward to learning new things. I am deeply passionate about Sustainability and the impact it could have in improving the lives of people.
