As a Senior Purchasing Analyst at Volvo Group, I apply my industrial engineering, quality management, and total quality management skills to support the procurement and supply chain processes of the global automotive manufacturer. I have more than two years of experience in the engineering and purchasing fields, having previously worked as a Purchasing Associate and a Product Engineer at Volvo Group and EVEREST TURBO, respectively. During my time at Volvo Group, I have contributed to multiple projects involving cost reduction, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and market analysis. I have also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Essentials, and Six Sigma Green Belt, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from J S S Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore, where I learned the fundamentals of engineering design, production planning, operations research, and quality control. I am passionate about applying my engineering and purchasing expertise to deliver value and innovation to the automotive industry.
