Innovative and solutions-oriented Mechanical Engineer with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a robust background in Robotics R&D and manufacturing. With over three years of hands-on experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry at Latecoere India Pvt Ltd, I have driven significant improvements in harness production processes, integrating lean manufacturing principles and cutting-edge automation to enhance efficiency and quality.My professional journey is characterized by a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, whether through spearheading the introduction of new product lines that generated $18.8M annually, reducing defects by implementing Poka-Yoke techniques, or leading cross-functional teams in applying lean methodologies. My expertise extends to rigorous process optimization, from DFM and PFMEA to advanced 8D problem solving. Currently, as a Graduate Student Researcher in the Adaptive Robotics & Technology Lab at Texas A&M, I am focused on developing robotic solutions for precision agriculture, enhancing the capabilities of low-cost sensors through machine learning models, and improving the accuracy of data-driven agricultural decisions. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, I have also honed my skills in mentoring and instruction, guiding students through complex projects in control systems and mechatronics, and emphasizing practical skills and theoretical understanding.I am skilled in a variety of technical tools and software, including SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, and ROS, and thrive in environments that challenge me to learn and grow.
