As a VP at Gartner, I led a cross-functional team of 20 members to design and develop innovative solutions for digital transformation, using AWS, Salesforce, and Zuora technologies. With over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, I have a strong track record of delivering high-quality results for complex and challenging projects, such as the Finance Transformation Project that integrated subscription order data across multiple SaaS platforms and on-premises systems.I am passionate about building a great team, bringing innovation, improving continuously, and keeping it simple. These four elements have been an integral part of me and have reflected successfully throughout my career so far. I collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and QA team, and provide concise updates to senior leadership. I also manage multiple projects, prioritize work allocation, measure performance, and provide real-time feedback for individuals. My goal is to enable and empower my team and my organization to achieve their full potential and deliver value to our clients.
