About Shrushti Sudhakar

I’m Shrushti Sudhakar, a passionate and driven MA Creative Direction student at Vogue College of Fashion. Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of working across the media and film industries, gaining extensive hands-on experience as both an Assistant Stylist and Lead Stylist. My projects have spanned Bollywood feature films, digital commercials, and TVCs for leading brands such as Unica, Schneider Electric, Jaypore, and Mahindra Tractors. In these roles, I’ve developed strong expertise in styling, team coordination, and project management. I’ve thrived in high-pressure environments, efficiently managing multiple tasks while ensuring the successful execution of creative projects. Key responsibilities have included overseeing vendor coordination, managing design data and shoot calendars, and leading on-set operations with small teams of 3-4 members to deliver seamless shoot days. I have curated shoots on a personal front to explore all aspects of editorial style shoot and adapted to newer avenues of photo editing, graphic designing, composition and direction.
