Together with the team, we ensure functioning of end to end processes like ‘Lead to Cash’ and more around the CX Product line, which span over optimized and efficient System Landscape Architecture that can be setup for the customers. Previously I was responsible for the design, deployment and project management of development landscapes. As a trusted advisor to product development teams, I ensured that the landscapes met the internal and customer TCO targets. I was also responsible for SAP Fiori Cloud Customer on-boarding and supporting them through the initial implementation process, guiding and consulting during Go-Live.
