About Shruthik Krishnan

I’m a curious and service-minded professional with a passion for sustainable solutions, supply chain management, and meaningful collaboration. My journey began at a small-scale manufacturing firm, where I had the chance to be a true "Jack of all trades." Experiencing the end-to-end manufacturing process firsthand sparked my interest in building resilient supply chains and energy-efficient systems — ultimately leading me to pursue a Master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems at Chalmers University of Technology. Post-graduation, I was headhunted for a Consultant role within SD & I at Volvo Group, supporting various functions as a buyer for engineering services. I then transitioned to become an Automotive Parts Buyer, with a focus on procuring Wiring Harnesses, Fuses, and Junction Boxes. Today, I’m working as a Senior Buyer at Polestar. It’s been an exciting ride — collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, drive cost efficiencies, and support business transformation. My role has deepened my expertise in supplier relationship management, negotiation, and contract management.
