She has proven expertise in training design and delivery, organization development, performance management, strategic planning, leadership development, corporate culture change initiatives. Shruti focuses on implementing time-tested, practical tools and techniques -that produce transformative (deep, lasting, significant) changes, using style that’s highly-interactive, adult-learning oriented.
