About Shruti Kant

I am currently interested in Business Analytics, Project management as my career choice and having graduated from University of Melbourne in Engineering Management which gave me insights on Business Analysis & Decision Making, Strategic Management, Project management practices, financial management and accounting for decision making giving me the overall core depth knowledge to grow and excel in my field of interest. I am currently working on white papers and research work in economics & social policy within the constraints of micro & macro economics to identify problems & present evidence based solutions and methodology to move forward in a better direction. I have a background in mechanical engineering where I developed extensive research ability to successfully develop understanding and find solutions in the field of engineering design, production, mechanical & manufacturing. I worked on an Industrial Project on ‘Wire Additive Manufacturing (INCONEL Superalloy)’. During my previous employment as a Supply Chain Manager, I along with my team developed & implemented a direct to customer and worksite delivery system from the factory floor saving overall cost of operating warehouse & transportation; saving significant lead time and cost to the company and the end customer. My personals interests in Photography reflects my creative side & marathon running my endurance and will to never give up. Long distance biking along the coast lines of Melbourne has lately grown on me.
