About Shruti Raikwar

I graduated with a BTech degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from FEROZE GANDHI INSTITUTE OF ENGG AND TECHNOLOGY, RAEBARELI in 2021. Since then, I have been working as a Network Engineer at IBM, where I apply my skills in network design, escalation support, network administration, and system administration. I am proficient in delivering technical support, managing network operations, and maintaining enterprises-wide area network across multi-platform and high uptime data centre environments. In my current role, I work with a diverse and collaborative team of network engineers, system administrators, and IT specialists, who share a common vision of providing reliable, secure, and efficient network solutions for our clients. I contribute to the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex network architectures, using my knowledge of telephony support and network infrastructure. I also leverage my communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, document network processes and procedures, and provide training and guidance to fellow team members.I am motivated by the challenges and opportunities that come with working in a dynamic and innovative environment, and I strive to learn new technologies and best practices that can enhance our network performance and customer satisfaction.
