Background

About Shruti S.

I am a Marketing & Communications Manager with 11+ years of experience shaping brand narratives and running campaigns that connect deeply with audiences. Over the years, I have led global initiatives across B2B and B2C markets — from launching leadership podcasts and DE & I campaigns to building content strategies that boosted visibility, engagement, and participation worldwide.Along the way, I have built and managed cross-functional teams, partnered with senior leaders, and run campaigns that actually moved the needle — boosting engagement, growing audiences, and strengthening brand presence in crowded markets. I am equally comfortable rolling up my sleeves to design content, manage digital channels, or dive into analytics to see what’s working. What sets me apart is the mix of strategy and creativity. I can shape a brand narrative at the big-picture level and also execute the details — whether that’s a social media activation, an internal comms program, or a high-stakes launch. I am curious by nature and currently exploring how Gen AI can reshape marketing and communication strategies.Outside of work, I am a Toastmasters member and run @shrutictionary, where I write on poetry, textiles, and mental health. Storytelling, in all its forms, has always been my anchor.
