About Shruti Srivastava

I'm an Electrical and Electronics Engineer. Currently working as a Technical Program Manager at Royal Enfield in EV domain and have previously interned at GE Vernova, Tata Steel. My subject of interest is Power Electronics. Through my work experience I have gained exposure and knowledge in LV components (Vehicle control unit and Instrument Cluster), System on Chip, System on Module, Microcontrollers, Vehicle Integration and Vehicle level testing. I am an avid learner and a positive attitude person. Moreover leveraging my strengths such as Leadership, Communication, Problem solving, Teamwork, Presentation and Time Management dexterity, I am interested in Product development roles. Having said about my professional front, I am also an artist by Passion. Sketching is one of my hobbies that not only rejuvenates me but also motivates me to be creative at my work. Therefore using my creativity and my Technical knowledge, I like solving problems and come up with real time energy efficient solutions that would not only be innovative but also feasible.
