About Shruti Wilson

I first stepped into a Human Resources seminar during my sophomore year at university and I felt a connection. It wasn't just about hiring and firing; it was about connecting with people understanding their needs and helping them grow. This led me to work with Wehouse Home Construction where I was able to truly explore the multifaceted world of HR. Working at a startup like Wehouse Home Construction was the best thing that could have happened to me. I was not only exposed to the ins and outs of the HR world but I also had the amazing opportunity to implement policies that positively affected 200+ employees. In two short years I helped increase employee satisfaction by 40% and the retention rate by 30%. Outside of work I am an Artist and an Otaku. I believe that a creative lifestyle contributes to a more productive work environment. I've brought this belief into my professional life and have seen the benefits of creating a creative work-life balance and workshops. Leading the HR team in such a dynamic fast-paced environment was both challenging and exhilarating. We managed to streamline HR processes reducing onboarding time by 20% and increasing the speed of conflict resolution by 60%.
