With a robust foundation in psychology, I am passionate about developing and scaling comprehensive mental health programs. My practical experience includes internships at Small Steps Morris Autism and Child Development Centre, where I engaged in early diagnosis and intervention strategies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and at Abhaya Neuropsychiatry & Critical Care Hospital, where I contributed to patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. At Sangath, India, as part of the Leadership in Mental Health Program 2023-24, I led a project to design a school mental health intervention for adolescents, learning how to integrate research-driven, community-based approaches and stakeholder management into sustainable programs. This experience reinforced my ability to translate psychological insights into large-scale, impactful mental health initiatives. At Amaha, my expertise spans clinical program structuring, B2B client success, sales alignment, and operational strategy to ensure impactful mental health interventions. Currently, I am focused on driving process streamlining, cross-functional team collaboration, and strategic growth initiatives as we scale our corporate programs. Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply committed to mental health advocacy, leadership development, and exploring the intersection of psychology and business strategy.
