Ph.D. Civil Engineer with over five years of experience in concrete structure rehabilitation, concrete structure protection, engineering mechanics, and finite element analysis. Expertise in concrete structural analysis, experimental design, and optimizing repair solutions for concrete structures. Proficient in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, RISA-3D, Abaqus, and Matlab for material mechanics analysis. Familiar with Revit, ETABS, and GeoStudio. Well-versed in ASTM and ACI standards. Strong background in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring students, and delivering innovative solutions for infrastructure and structural projects.I also hold an Affiliate Research Scientist position at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where I completed my PhD in Civil Engineering in May 2023. My doctoral research, which was published in the prestigious journal Matter, introduced a novel method to create enzymatic construction material (ECM) with carbonic anhydrase as a catalyst for CO2 condensation and calcium carbonate precipitation. I demonstrated that the resulting ECM has superior mechanical properties and environmental benefits compared to conventional and alternative building materials. My research interests include concrete rehabilitation, corrosion resistant, and low-carbon concrete alternatives.
