About Shubham Dadhaniya

As a kid, whilst commuting to school on a bus, I remember the feeling of that gust of the wind always made me curious to know how these vehicles take people from one place to another at different speeds. My curiosity in Mathematics and Physics in high school paved the path for me to continue my studies in Mechanical Engineering. I completed my Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering at C. U. Shah University where I learned concepts of FEA analysis, fluid mechanics, and structural mechanics while developing strong knowledge to interpret engineering drawings, schematics and technical specifications. In addition, I have also gathered hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks, and AutoCAD. I then completed my, specialising in Mechanical and Management at the Queensland University of Technology. I have also gathered 1 year of Mechanical Maintenance, Production Engineering, Plant Operations and Process Control with demonstrated results in reducing equipment downtime through efficient fault-finding skills: Reduced packing equipment downtime by 3% by conducting root cause analysis to identify systemic causes. Saved production costs by 6% by working with the production manager and senior engineers to drive continuous improvement plans. Conducted OHS reviews, and risk assessments and recommended changes focusing on safety awareness, accountability and prevention, which helped to maintain zero-incident records I’m keen to expand my network and hear about exciting opportunities in the Mechanical Engineering space.
