I also contribute to menu planning, budgeting, and inventory management, using my skills in communication, problem-solving, and design thinking.I have a BA in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, where I gained valuable knowledge and insights into the hospitality industry, customer service, and business administration. I also have an Advance Diploma in International Hospitality Administration from the International Institute of Hotel Management, and multiple certifications in wine, menu design, and COVID-19 awareness. I am always eager to learn new skills and enhance my professional development. My goal is to become a hospitality leader, and to share my passion and creativity with others.
