As a Project Manager at Click Labs, I oversee end-to-end project lifecycles for SaaS and custom projects across the globe. I collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, development teams, sales executives, and the financial team, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional results. I have successfully completed multiple projects within budget and timeline, exceeding client expectations and enhancing user satisfaction. For example, I led a team of 10 developers to deliver a customized e-commerce platform for a large retail client, integrating features such as inventory management, payment gateway, and analytics dashboard. Prior to my current role, I was a Customer Success Manager at Click Labs, where I fostered strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing technical support for product and 3rd party integrations concerns. I hold a PGPM from ICFAI Business School, with a focus on Marketing and Analytics. I leveraged my skills and knowledge to conduct market research, design campaigns, and optimize processes for various projects during my internship and academic assignments.
